The European trained chef Narisawa opened this restaurant 10 years ago. His genius is "in blending classical French techniques with the finest Japanese ingredients" - quoted from San Pellegrino's The World Best 50 restaurants -, who placed this eating establishment as no. 14 on 2014 list.

My wife and eldest son just had the pleasure of dining at this superb restaurant and they sent me the pictures shown here. They praised the creativity and high quality of the dishes they sampled.
